Trail 10 km

This is a fast trail, with the exception of four bends on Bygdøy – which you will find again in gentle downhills.

10 km starts at Sollerudstranda in Lysaker, runs flat on a narrow gravel path along the beautiful Vækerstranda, then flat on asphalt along Bestumkilen, before entering Bygdøy and running the last half in beautiful and rural surroundings. There, the race is mostly on gravel roads - as well as a little on asphalt in a residential area. The finish line is at the beach at Huk in Bygdøy.

Bygdøy is only 5km from the capital city centre, and is a popular walking and running area. In the summer there is a bustling beach life on several beaches and rocky cliffs. And tourists flock to the museums to see much of Norwegian cultural heritage and history.

From 2026, the finish line will be at the beach at Huk - a large and beautiful park area maintained by the Urban Environment Agency / Oslo Municipality.
There is a cafe there: Paa Huk is committed to good ingredients :) The legendary Strandrestauranten, which has been closed for many years, will not reopen until two days after the race.

PS! Note that the only drinking station comes very quickly! After just over a km. This is a drinking station that is set up for the longer distances. In any case, bring something to drink from the start if you are inexperienced and/or the weather is very hot! Remember that Ecotrail does not hand out cups, not even in the finish area. Bring your own/own drinking system of your choice.
