Two course records on a new and harder course

Congratulations to everyone who made it to the finish line in the heat yesterday! 3323 started, 95 finished.

The last and new 5km was also harder this year, with 150m more climbing than last year. But that didn't stop Simen Østensen and Karoline Wislløff Rud from setting new course records by a good margin!

31km: Østensen set a new record, this year at 31km which he ran in 1h58m29s and is thus also the first to run this distance in under two hours at Ecotrail Oslo.

21Km: Wisløff Rud ran a strong 1h20m27s. A minute and a half better than Hilde Aders who has been standing since 2018.
