Those who are interested in contributing to better conditions for the bees (and their own palate and eyes) can also bring our own designed seed bag. Hope there are many of you!
In addition, there is a honey trophy for the ultra-distance runners - with distance on it. And a wooden hiking trophy for the podium places.

The fee also includes a start number with timing, transportation of luggage from start to finish, rental of toilets in the areas, marked trails, electric bus shuttle to the 31km start, and food/drink stations.

The fee also covers fees to the Oslo Municipality and the landowner in the field, as well as the rental of all starting areas and the rental of 150 hired officials.

We keep the starting fee as low as possible.

Target area: Budget and logistics are not enough to provide a full meal for 3500+ people at the finish line. Then we have to increase the starting quota, which is not desirable.
Just as importantly, single-use packaging and waste volume should be avoided. Everyone will receive a sports drink/water and something easy to snack on.

You can change the distance after you have registered - unless the distance you want to change to is sold out.
Registration is binding. Registration can be transferred/sold to others if you are prevented from participating.
