Each distance has its own page. Click on the Races in the menu. If you scroll down on the page for your distance you will see Mandatory equipment. There were some errors there, which have now been corrected. And remember! You must bring your own drink to the start! It is not possible to refill your drink at the start. Calculate a minimum of 0.6dl per hour you spend to the next drink station.
