Trail check/Social Run May 10th and 18th

On Sunday, May 10th at 10 am, we have hired a faithful participant on several of our distances to check the trail from the 80km start (Nedre Foss Park) to Sognsvann T-bane (approximately 25 km), possibly further to Frognerseteren T-bane if anyone is ready for it, then it will be approximately 36 km.

Check the 80km distance here on the website if you are unsure where it starts.

If you are on Facebook, you can register your interest in the "event" if you are thinking of joining, so we know approximately how many people will come. Andreas Gossner will be the one to show the way. He is also a PT/coach, so he is good at motivating. :)

Monday 18th May at 17:30 the same Andreas Gossner will show the way from the 10km start at Sollerudstranda and into the "finish" at Huk on Bygdøy. That afternoon we also have an inspection day with some officials who will help in the finish area on Saturday 30th May, so it is a good opportunity to offer some sports drinks when you get to the finish area. General manager Marit will pop up on a bike for the last 5km to show the way on the brand new route to the finish.
